3D Audio MacBook Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
The short version: 3D Audio MacBook changes your Mac's sound on your Mac. It doesn't record or save your audio, doesn't connect to the internet, and doesn't collect personal data.
This policy covers the 3D Audio MacBook app for Mac, published by SuperPowers AI ("Super", "we"). Our other products are covered by the Super privacy policy.
Your Mac's audio
To create the 3D effect, the app needs your permission in macOS to capture the audio your Mac is playing. It processes that audio in memory as it plays, then sends the result to your speakers.
The app doesn't save, record or send your audio anywhere. Processing stops when you turn 3D Audio off or quit the app. You can remove the app's permission at any time in System Settings, under Privacy & Security.
Information we collect
We don't collect personal data through the app. The app has no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking. It doesn't have macOS permission to connect to the internet, so it can't send information to us or anyone else.
Information stored on your Mac
The app keeps two things on your Mac for its own use. Neither is sent to us.
- Settings: whether 3D Audio and the filter are on, your chosen speaker preset and level, whether you've seen the welcome window, and whether the app opens at login.
- A diagnostic log: technical details such as times, the preset, sample rate, sound levels, delay, the output device name and any errors. It doesn't contain your audio.
The app also checks whether your Mac has an internal battery to confirm that it's a MacBook. It doesn't store the result in its settings or send it anywhere.
These files are in ~/Library/Containers/com.getsupers.audio3d. You can delete that folder after removing the app.
Apple
Apple handles App Store downloads and payments, and we don't receive your payment details. If you choose to share analytics with app developers in macOS, Apple may give us crash reports and usage statistics. Apple's handling of this information is covered by the Apple privacy policy.
If you contact us
If you email us, we'll receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use this only to reply and provide support, and you can ask us to delete it.

Sharing and selling
We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
Children
The app doesn't collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a future version of the app handles data differently, we'll update this policy first.
